Is this just ChatGPT with extra steps?
No. A chat thread is one voice that drifts, forgets context, and gives you its single best guess. Cabinet appoints multiple directors with separate charters and personalities — each one deliberates from their own domain independently, and a dedicated Chief of Staff synthesizes all of it into one structured memo with owners and escalations. It's closer to a real meeting than a single conversation.
What happens to my data?
Your summit topics and organizational context are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate each director's deliberation, then the resulting memos are stored under your account, isolated from other organizations. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to train anyone's model. Every memo is stamped with an integrity hash so you can always verify exactly what was said and when.
How much does this cost?
Cabinet is currently in early access — free to appoint your directors and convene summits while we finish building out the full platform. We haven't finalized pricing yet, and we're not going to invent a number just to put one on this page. When pricing lands, early-access accounts will hear about it first.
Can I customize the directors?
Yes — appoint any of the six executive presets (Marketing, Sales, Ops, Finance, IT, Chief of Staff) and give each one its own call sign. Fully custom, from-scratch director archetypes beyond the presets are on the roadmap.
What if I don't like the advice?
Directors give you a recommendation, not an order — nothing executes automatically. Every memo is a written suggestion you're free to ignore, and Cabinet tracks outcomes over time, so a director whose read record is off gets a lower trust rating you can see on their card. Treat a bad memo like a bad meeting: note it and move on.
